9 Case Report of Pregnancies After Methotrexate Treatment

Abstract
|
|
|
4 cases of pregnancies after successful treatment with methotrexate for trophoblastic tumor were reported.
Among 4 cases, 2 cases were hydatidiform mole, one was chorioadenoma destruens and one was choriocarcinoma.
All cases were treated with methotrexate of the three to four Kurs, thereafter patients were disc
harged when titration of human chorionic gonadotrophin were negative.
On follow up of 2 years duration, they used Lippes loop for contraception.
Three cases delivered 5 babies and one case eventuated ectopic pregnancy, 5 babies appeared to be normal.
